Series Saturday: The Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Clare

Fifteen-year-old Clary Fray was just a normal girl living a normal life. It was hard to leave the Shadowhunter world after she had realized that she was born a Shadowhunter, the handsome Jace was her brother and her mother was in a magical coma. This series is so addicting, it's hard to put these books down. You can't help but to grow a bond with these characters as they face these unexpecting challenges. 
Let's not also forget the fact that you become addicted to the Shadowhunter world and want to become one yourself. So you end up buying a lot of temporary tattoos of the runes and order steles from etsy (please tell me I'm not the only one)
But beware, there is only one book left and I can promise you that tables will be flipped.
